Roadhouse Coaching
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes you just know something needs to change.
Maybe you're facing a career decision or transition. Maybe you're struggling with leadership, purpose, relationships, or what comes next. Maybe you've accomplished much of what you set out to accomplish and find yourself wondering why it doesn't feel quite like you expected. Or maybe you're simply stuck and could use a place to slow down, think out loud, and figure out where you want to go from here.
That's what coaching can provide.
A Place for the Conversation
Roadhouse Coaching is professional one-on-one coaching built around you—your questions, your goals, your challenges, and the things that matter most in your life.
Coaching isn't about fixing you, giving you advice, or telling you what you should do. My role is to listen, ask good questions, challenge you when appropriate, and create the space for you to examine what's getting in the way, gain clarity, and decide what your next steps will be.
And because faith is an important part of who I am, it's welcome in the conversation.
That doesn't mean you have to be a Christian to work with me, and it doesn't mean every coaching conversation needs to become a conversation about God. It simply means that if faith is important to you—if it shapes how you think about your career, relationships, leadership, purpose, or the decisions you're facing—you don't have to leave that part of yourself outside the room.
Professional Coaching. Roadhouse Style.
I bring more than 1,500 hours of paid professional coaching experience to this work, along with professional coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and experience coaching people at many different stages of life and leadership—from those navigating personal and career transitions to senior leaders and CEOs.
But credentials only tell you so much.
Coaching is personal. The relationship matters. You need to be comfortable talking with me, and I need to believe I can genuinely help you with what you're bringing to the conversation.
That's why we start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation.
No commitment. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping to get from coaching, and whether working together makes sense.
If it does, we'll take the next step from there.
Serving in Ministry?
I reserve a portion of my coaching practice for pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff at reduced rates. If coaching could serve you or someone on your team, please mention it when you reach out.
Let's Talk

You don't have to have everything figured out before we talk.
Sometimes figuring it out is the reason for the conversation.
